Why we started

Guard MyPrintSolve began with a simple observation: when most people search for help with a printer that won't print or a laptop that's suddenly slow, the results are full of paid "fix-it" software, alarming warnings and phone numbers that don't belong to the companies they claim to represent. People who just wanted a clear answer ended up confused, worried or, in the worst cases, scammed.

We wanted to build the opposite: a quiet, trustworthy place where anyone — including people who don't consider themselves "good with computers" — can follow clear steps and fix the problem themselves.

What we do

We publish step-by-step tutorials covering Windows 11, printers, WiFi and internet connections, browser safety and security software. Every guide:

starts with the quickest and safest fix, and moves to more advanced steps only if needed;
uses the exact names of buttons and menus as they appear in Windows and your browser;
explains what each step does and whether it can be undone;
relies on tools that are already built into Windows or your browser.

What we will never do

We will never ask you to call a phone number for help.
We will never ask you to install remote-access software or let anyone connect to your computer.
We don't sell repairs, "optimizer" programs, driver updaters or support subscriptions.
We don't use fake countdowns, alarms or warnings to pressure you.

Who writes our guides

Our guides are written and reviewed by the Guard MyPrintSolve team — people with years of hands-on experience helping family, friends and small offices with everyday Windows, printer and networking problems. Before publishing, we test each set of steps on a current version of Windows 11 and re-check them when major Windows or browser updates change menus.
